This golf enthusiast has been addicted to golf since I was 8 years old, that's 40 years to you and me. Always trying to get the best deal on forged golf irons before they are all gone. Classic forged irons are really what get me excited about hitting golf balls the way they were intended to be hit. That goes for classic putters and classic persimmon woods too. Golf is far too expensive and it doesn't have to be. Golf can be participated in for far less money than what you think. Golf equipment, golf balls at the range, golf outings at the local muni, outings at upper echelon golf courses, and maybe attending the infrequent PGA Tour tournament.

Hello again Fellow Golfists,
First of all, thank you for downloading and listening to any of my golf related podcast episodes. I hope that listening to any of these golf episodes helps you thrive throughout your day in one way or another. I try to be a bit irreverent and I try to tell it like I see it.
I got to visit a putting green on a Sunday afternoon in-between the final 2 NFL football games of the 2023-2024 NFL season while gale force winds were moving through south western Placer county on what should have been the final day of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Am Pro from the Monterey Peninsula.
In this episode, I share a bit of commentary on what I experienced while spending close to 2 blissful hours on a putting green on Sunday afternoon while practicing my putting stroke in gale force winds. This was my way of trying to practice with 2 new to me putters, a BeCu Ping B60 and a BeCu Ping B61 putter. And also a Ping Pal 4 BeCu that I bought on OfferUp and a Ping Pal 4 BeCu putter that double TKG podcast guest, Jesse Parra, graciously sent to me.
I also offer a bit of commentary on the so called "West Coast Swing" on the PGA Tour.
Even though the winds at the Sierra Pines 9 hole golf course were ferocious I still enjoyed my time getting to know how these great putters felt in my hands.
