The Knackered Golfist Podcast
This golf enthusiast has been addicted to golf since I was 8 years old, that's 40 years to you and me. Always trying to get the best deal on forged golf irons before they are all gone. Classic forged irons are really what get me excited about hitting golf balls the way they were intended to be hit. That goes for classic putters and classic persimmon woods too. Golf is far too expensive and it doesn't have to be. Golf can be participated in for far less money than what you think. Golf equipment, golf balls at the range, golf outings at the local muni, outings at upper echelon golf courses, and maybe attending the infrequent PGA Tour tournament.

Hello Again Fellow Golfists,
I wanted to share a closure podcast on the 2021 US Open from Torrey Pines. This major golf championship was riveting to watch on tv on Father's Day and I am becoming more accepting of John Rahm being the winner of this years championship. I was rooting for Louis Oosthuizen to win. I thought that Bryson played far too slow and played a part in "The Ooster" losing his mojo while waiting for a gaggle of players to finish the 13th hole on Sunday. Was it Bryson or was it the streaker? Bryson was arrogant in this post tournament press conference saying that being in the rough on Sunday was "unlucky".
Oosthuizen hit an errant drive on the 17th and on the 18th which caused him to finish at 5 under par at the end. I was very sad that he had lost another major championship. But John Rahm winning the 2021 US Open showed the world that The Memorial Tournament isn't worth winning after all. I predicted that the winning score would be 6 under par 278 and that is what John Rahm's score was at the end.
